IN THE CROWD — "It's the little things" can feel trite. but it also can be very true.

And it never feels more true when a group of people experiences something unexpected, unique or surprising together.

We're not talking about the vibe at a sporting event or concert. We're talking about when the mundane and boring turns into a moment of bliss and bonding … or a downright joyful riot.

One of the prime examples of these "little things" from the digital age is the bouncing DVD logo. Long before the well-known cold open scene in "The Office," kids around the world were in classrooms watching together as a DVD logo bounced behind a teacher who forgot to turn off the TV. We collectively held our breath, hoping beyond hope that the bouncing logo would hit the corner of the screen perfectly.

Some of us may have never seen the miracle of the logo hitting the corner, but if we did, boy howdy it was a burst of happiness that bonded us all together — so much so that it's not easily forgotten.

Now imagine the same scenario with dozens of strangers packed in a room watching a wall-size screen of a bouncing DVD logo. Even just imagining it, you can already feel the tension and camaraderie building.

But you don't have to imagine, because this video will show you exactly what "it's the little things" looks and feels like in this exact scenario.

Unlike a classroom where you'd have to keep some sort of composure and quietude, the crowd is buzzing and rowdy every time the logo bounces anywhere near the corner. And when that logo does hit the corner, it's like their favorite team of underdogs just upset the No. 1 team in the nation to "win it all."

So, yes, it's the little things.
