WEST JORDAN — A man who police say was paying a teen employee at a West Jordan fast-food restaurant for nude pictures now faces numerous charges.

Christopher Ross, 42, of West Jordan, was charged Wednesday in 3rd District Court with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of forcible sexual abuse, all second-degree felonies.

Police say the alleged victim, a 16-year-old boy, worked at a Sonic Drive-In where Ross was the manager.

According to charging documents, the teen sent explicit pictures of himself to Ross at his request in exchange for money, the charges state. Ross is also accused of inappropriately touching the boy at work, according to the charges.

Ross was arrested on July 20.
