MIC'D UP — Kids are objectively hilarious. It doesn't matter that they probably don't know what they are saying half the time; you can't help but smile at their inherent silliness.
Case in point: This coach-pitch baseball team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
In a stroke of genius, a parent decided to mic up his young sons (ages 6 and 5) during a game, and the result was nothing short of amazing. There were nonsensible comments of laughter, great one-liners and some savage burns.

"The main reason I did it was for my family and the kids to look back on someday, and so we definitely took care of that. What I like to see is how many it has impacted already. It's kind of opened some people's eyes to what baseball is. And to reiterate, especially at a younger age, that it's not all about winning," said Chad Hunt, whose boys Kamden, 6, and Hayes, 5, were the stars of the video.
The video is a constant stream of joy coming from the kids — with some good old riffing involved. Roasting a buddy's field trip spot by calling it "poopy land" is all-time savagery; same with pointing out that a teammate's mom left him.
My favorite, though: "It's raining tacos from the sky! Nom, nom, nom."
Whatever reality that kid is living in, sign me up.
Oh, and don't worry little man, we won't say, "pitcher's got a big butt" to you. Instead, we'll thank you for the chuckles.
