(KSL News) A 17-year-old boy was critically injured tonight at the Hyrum rodeo grounds on the corner of Main Street and 800 East.
Officials say the teen was thrown from a horse, which then kicked him in the chest.
An off-duty nurse performed CPR on the teen.
He was flown to Primary Children's Medical Center in critical condition.
