A convicted sex offender now is charged with seven counts of lewdness for allegedly holding up an indecent sign in front of a school bus.
The suspect, 32-year-old Justin Blair Andersen, was formally charged yesterday.
He was convicted of indecent exposure in 2001 in Vacaville, Calif. He was a registered sex offender in this state.
