Police are investigating a homicide tonight in Payson after a man's body was found by a jogger who was walking his dog.
The jogger called police around 6:30 p.m. saying he had stumbled across a body near 1000 West and 1500 South in Payson.
When police arrived, they secured the area and discovered an adult male's body with several trauma injuries. They are unsure at this point if he was shot, stabbed or beaten to death.
Police don't really have any other information that they are giving us at this point. They say that they are now looking for possible evidence at the scene.
