(KSL News) -- A man went out to feed his dogs and ended up in the hospital.
The dogs were apparently excited to see the man and wrapped their chain leashes around his legs. He fell and was knocked unconscious.
Neighbors heard the commotion and called police.
They took the man to the hospital, but then noticed the condition of the home. It turns out the man had too many animals in unsanitary conditions. The Health Department condemned the house.
