(KSL News) The man accused in a string of art thefts will enter a plea at the end of the week.
Robert Paul Tucker waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
He is still in the state prison, charged with stealing thousands of dollars worth of art from galleries in Salt Lake City, Saratoga Springs and Fruit Heights. Most of it is the work of popular Orem artist James Christensen.
In May, police found the stolen art. They say Tucker used to work at one of the galleries.
