(KSL News) -- The Bountiful teen accused of killing his mother may fight extradition to Utah.
Jeremy Hauck was scheduled to appear in a Montana courtroom today, but that was cancelled because Hauck plans to fight extradition.
On Friday, Hauck made his first court appearance. His attorney said the teen planned to waive extradition.
Calls to his attorney and the Davis County District Attorney's Office, were not returned.
