CHESAPEAKE, Va. (AP) -- A Virginia judge is considering a request to move the trial of a man accused in the death of a Mormon missionary and the wounding of another.

Attorneys for 19-year-old James Boughton Junior asked a judge to move his client's murder trial out of Chesapeake -- citing fair trial concerns. They claim their primary concern is getting an impartial jury that's NOT affected by media reports.

Prosecutors object to moving the trial. The judge has taken the defense's request under consideration.

Boughton is accused in the January shooting death of 21-year-old Morgan Young of Bountiful, Utah, and the wounding of 19-year-old Joshua Heidbrink of Greeley, Colorado.
