SALT LAKE CITY — After the release of “Avatar” in 2009, 3-D films saw a resurgence in popularity.
In 2016 alone, there are more than 40 new movies with 3-D versions set to screen in theaters, according to Box Office. “Suicide Squad,” which comes out Friday, is the latest of the bunch.
