OREM — The man who allegedly followed a driver home and attacked him with a machete was arrested Tuesday, police said.

Police received an anonymous tip that led them to 49-year-old Kenneth Ross after they released video of the attack on Dec. 16. Ross allegedly struck another driver with a machete — leaving a deep gash on their face — during a road rage incident on Dec. 9.

"We didn't find the machete because he'd gotten rid of it, but we did have enough to arrest and book (him)," said Orem police Lt. Craig Martinez.

Ross was arrested on suspicion of felony aggravated assault. Police said they located the vehicle used in the road rage incident.
