(KSL News) A trucker fell asleep this morning on I-80 and rolled his semi.
His truck ended up facing eastbound in westbound lanes around 8000 West.
He was heading to Las Vegas when he dozed off then over-corrected when the truck drifted.
Sgt. Kellie Oaks with the Utah Highway Patrol said, "The truck is full of books. So they're going to have to download the truck. The trailer is absolutely totaled."
The driver was not injured. The truck has been driven away. The trailer has been pulled off to the shoulder.
