(KSL News) More Utahns are now living in poverty than in years past.
The Utah Community Action Partnership Association (UCAPA) reports 10.6 percent of Utahns live on less than $22,000 a year for a family of four. That's still a little lower than the national average of 13.3 percent.
The group also reports, in the past year, the number of Utahns receiving food stamps rose by nearly 12,000 people.
