(KSL News) A grand jury in Texas opened its investigation today into the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (FLDS) polygamist sect. It started hearing testimony from police officers and FLDS women.

Texas prosecutors now have to back up their claims that hundreds of children are at risk of sexual abuse. It could help them save face after the Texas Supreme Court ordered them to return the 450 children to their parents.

Elissa Wall has been following this case closely. She is the former FLDS child bride whose testimony put polygamist leader Warren Jeffs in jail.

Tonight, Wall joined us to discuss the grand jury hearings in Talking Point.
