(KSL News) A former nursing aide charged with raping an elderly woman has pleaded guilty to forcible sex abuse.
According to The Salt Lake Tribune, prosecutors dropped the rape charge and a lewdness charge in exchange for the plea.
Jacob Bolith is accused of attacking an 85-year-old woman at the St. Joseph's Villa nursing home in South Salt Lake last summer. He'll be sentenced Aug. 25.
