(KSL News) -- Gunfire started a fire in Skull Valley and it's still burning tonight.
Winds kicked up the fire near the north part of the Stansbury Mountains.
A group of hikers told Eyewitness News they accidentally started the fire with ricocheting gunshots, then tried to put the fire out.
It burned several acres before crews moved in.
