(KSL News) Michael Doyel was supposed to be arraigned on murder charges but refused to come out of his cell.
Murder charges were filed against him earlier this week in connection with the death of his ex-girlfriend Deborah Jones.
His arraignment yesterday would have been the first time Doyel had formally heard the charges, if he had decided to come to court.
A new arraignment has been scheduled for tomorrow.
Doyel also faces kidnapping charges in federal court.
