(KSL News) -- Weber County officials found two hikers who disappeared last night.

The father and son-in-law became stranded yesterday near Snowbasin. They were unable to go back to their vehicle on the trail they started on, so they tried to come down the other side of the mountain.

A difficult trail and a loss of daylight forced them to spend the night on the mountain. Family called authorities when they didn't return.

Crews found the men around 6:45 this morning. They had made their way down a trail and hiked out to Ogden from Birch Creek Canyon.

Both are in good condition.
