ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) -- A man who piled household trash in the middle of a street and set it afire was arrested for reckless burning.
St. George police say they found 21-year-old Cody Alan Cox on Thursday throwing chairs into a fire of cardboard and other household goods.
Police officer Rich Triplett says Cox couldn't explain why he was burning stuff in the street, other than "starting a movement" of some kind.
