(KSL News) A woman in New Harmony called Washington County Sheriff's deputies to confess to shooting her husband. She also said she planned to take her own life, and it looks like that's what happened.
Sheriff's deputies received the call just before 8:00 this morning. When they arrived at the woman's home, they found two bodies—one of an older man and the other of an older woman.
Investigators say the two died from gunshot wounds. Their identities have not been released.
