Randall Jeppesen reportingWith the vote over in Florida, attention is now on Super Tuesday.

The early states have had their say, and they have shifted momentum back and forth.

But BYU political science professor Quinn Monson says he expects the next big round of voting, Super Tuesday (which includes Utah), will determine the winners for both sides.

"I've been saying all along that I was more certain about when this would all end than I was about who the nomination would go to. And I'm sticking by that," he said.

To those candidates who didn't finish first or second in Florida, he says they really don't have a chance, mainly because they're out of money.
