CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- A woman jailed on kidnapping and assault charges has been accused of witness tampering.
Iron County Sheriff Mark Gower said Tiffany Davis, 28, told a key witness to avoid testifying in a message sent through another inmate.
Davis was arrested Dec. 29 after a Washington County woman was robbed at gunpoint and assaulted.
Two other women -- Ambree Blackner, 29, and Haylee Cheek, 26 -- were charged in the robbery.
Gower said each woman has an extensive criminal record.
