Tom Callan, KSL NewsradioThe war of words between Draper City and the developer of SunCrest is heating up. Now, one side is demanding an apology.
The attorney for the SunCrest development is demanding a public retraction from Draper.
The SunCrest lawyer says the city of Draper has loose, libelous lips, proclaiming that the development should make $25 million in repairs to some of the high hillside Draper roads.
Attorney John Baird said that $25 million figure is pulled out of thin air. But an independent report from CMT Engineering says substandard materials were used on the roads.
