(KSL News) The head of the Kanab office of the Bureau of Land Management faces 13 felony counts in two cases of child sex abuse.
Charges against Rex Lee Smart involve alleged crimes involving a 9-year-old and a 10-year-old girl, two and three years ago.
Smart is free on a $125,000 bail.
