OREM, Utah (AP) -- A man accused of having pictures on his cell phone of little girls posing in a sexual nature has pleaded guilty.
Wednesday, 32-year-old Jacobo Javier Rivera entered a guilty plea to two federal counts of possession of child pornography. He also faces state charges, including seven counts of sodomy on a child, rape of a child and aggravated sex abuse of a child.
Officials say, last April, Rivera admitted he possessed fewer than ten images of child pornography.
Rivera could get up to 20 years in prison. Officials say after serving his sentence, Rivera will be deported.
