(KSL News) Prosecutors in Connecticut now say they will file murder charges against the man accused of beating a Utah man last weekend.
Erich Taber, who grew up in Cottonwood Heights, and his girlfriend were beaten with a metal pipe while they slept in a home in Waterbury, Conn.
Doctors have declared Tabert brain dead and plan to take him off life support.
The suspect in that beating is the woman's estranged husband, Nicholas Clark.
