SALT LAKE CITY — The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints has released millions of documents and images to their archives, which are available to the public.

The release of the documents and the new online catalogue allows people access to research and save that information, which is especially important for people who are unable to travel to the Church History Library in Salt Lake to do that research.

The [new online catalog](< https://history.lds.org/? lang=eng>) links to more than 400,000 pages of digitized documents and images, which researches can save the reference to electronically and access it upon arrival at the Church History Library.
