(KSL News) Police have arrested a man they believe shot and killed a man in a South Salt Lake parking lot Sunday.
Steven Lucero was arrested yesterday after an anonymous tip led police to his car.

That car was seen leaving the crime scene at 3300 South and 300 West on Sunday. That's where 24-year-old Juan Carlos Ochoa was shot and killed.
Police say Lucero tried to hide the car under a tarp and made arrangements to change its appearance.

Investigators still don't have a motive in the murder.
