Jon Dunn ReportingWalk down the aisles in stores like Target or Old Navy and the Gap and what you'll find is clothing and accessories for a different, furrier customer. Fashion isn't just for runway models in New York anymore.

"They're just like people, they have personalties and different things that they like." Maranda Hawkes with No More Homeless Pets in Utah isn't afraid to deck her two pups out.

"Sassie has her winter wear, which consist of various colorful sweaters with her colors and ribbons to go in her hair."

Hawkes is not alone by any stretch of the imagination. Target stores now sell a line of clothes and accessories designed by the famous designer Isaac Mizrahi.

To give you an idea of how popular this actually is, last year almost 36-billion dollars was spent on pets total, much of that on clothing.

"You know we have like little gifts that are water proof and they come in colors so we have them for female and male."

At Fashion Place Mall, Gooby Dog Fashions carries all the latest and greatest. Like lingerie?.

"Our lingerie, which is our Victoria Secret with the little booties to go with it. (Is it well received the lingerie?) Yes absolutly. In fact, we have to re-order three times."

Judi Feld with Gooby says they have everything from bomber jackets, to athletic shoes, from preppy-styles, to those dogs from the hood.

"We have preppy sweaters and argyles. These are our new line, these are our fun little bead studded butterfly and cosmic t-shirts."

Feld says the average customer drops fifty bucks but many buy a lot, lot more.

"The most I have sold is 400 and something dollars, and but the most we have sold for one person is in the 700's."
