(KSL News) Two people walking in a Smith's parking lot in Taylorsville made a gruesome discovery. They saw a man lying on the ground and called 9-1-1.
It turned out he was already dead.
Police identified the man as 50-year William Boyne. They think he was a transient who died from hypothermia and a pre-existing medical condition.
