(KSL News) -- Questar Gas is looking to lower its rates.
It has asked the Utah Public Service Commission to approve a 28.3 million dollar rate decrease.
That would normally lower a person's monthly bill by about two and a half percent. However, customers still would be paying more than they were a year ago.
The rate change, if approved, would take effect on February 1st.
