BRIGHAM CITY - Charges have been filed in connection with a fire at a historic Brigham City building two years ago.
Luke Hunsaker is facing one count of arson and one count of burglary in connection with the 2008 fire at the Merrill Planing Mill.
Prosecutors say they received information about Hunsaker's involvement in the fire from an anonymous tip. Prosecutors say Hunsaker confessed to his involvement when questioned.
A preliminary hearing has been set for Hunsaker next month.
