(KSL News) The former manager of a Provo restaurant will stand trial on charges he sexually abused employees.
During a hearing yesterday, one of the alleged victims in the case accused J. W. Craig Lamoreaux of touching her inappropriately on multiple occasions. She also claimed to have done nothing to spur the advances.
Lamoreaux is charged with four third-degree felonies for forcible sexual abuse and one misdemeanor for sexual battery.
