SALT LAKE CITY -- A freak accident left a Salt Lake City woman shaken Thursday night.

The woman had just gotten out of her car and was walking into her house near 900 West and 300 South when a large tree limb snapped and fell on top of her.

She was unable to free herself so fire crews were called to extricate her.

"It appears to us that it's, you know, a case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time," said Capt. Bruce Healey with the Salt Lake city Fire Department.

Amazingly, the woman suffered only minor injuries and was treated and released at a nearby hospital.
