(KSL News) It's time for northern Utah residents to stop watering their lawns.
The Utah Division of Water Resources has asked people to hold off until next spring.
Officials say if lawns start to die, it's okay to give them one more deep watering before shutting off your system for the season. If people keep watering their lawns into November, it can cause freeze damage.
