TOOELE -- Police are searching for the brother of a man who was shot in the head outside the Tooele City Public Library Thursday morning.
Investigators now say they believe Cameron Silveira was involved in the shooting that left his younger brother, 20-year-old Levi Silveira, in critical condition. However, police have not confirmed he was the shooter.
Stewart Trujillo, Levi Silveira's brother-in-law, contacted KSL wanting to know why police were not naming Cameron Silveira as the primary suspect in the case. He says his family believes Cameron was the one who shot Levi.
Trujillo says Levi and Cameron had been living together. He says for the past week, the brothers had been feuding over moving.
Trujillo says when he and his family were at the hospital visiting with Levi last night, even hearing the name Cameron caused quite a reaction.
"We were getting ready to leave and my mother-in-law said, ‘I love you, everybody loves you, Cameron even loves you,'" Trujillo says. "At that point is when Levi became really emotional, tying to flail around, move around in his bed, crying. At that point he did become really emotional to where nursing staff had to come in and sedate him again."
Police confirm they are actively searching for Cameron.
"In our investigation, what we did find was some witness that saw Cameron and Levi together earlier in the evening," says Lt. Paul Wimmer with the Tooele City Police Department. "We do believe Cameron, in all likelihood, was with him at the time of the incident as well."

Cameron Silveira does have an extensive criminal history with the Tooele City Police Department. He has been booked 12 times since 2002 on charges related to drug distribution, possession of dangerous weapon, assault and drug possession.
Trujillo says the last time Cameron was released from prison was about five months ago. He says his brother-in-law often carries a gun.
Trujillo says he is willing to risk talking to the media because his family desperately wants Cameron caught. At the very least, he says, he wants Cameron to tell police what really happened at the library.
