(KSL News) -- A man convicted of sexual abuse and aggravated murder charges says he's the real victim.

Eddie Underwood has served 20 years in prison for sexually abusing his daughters and many neighborhood girls, as well as murdering a man.

At a parole hearing, he told the Parole Board that he saw himself as a victim in sexual abuse cases.

After hearing Underwood's testimony, the board quickly concluded the hearing. It will decide Underwood's fate within two weeks.
