(KSL News) -- A Utah couple is suing the Dave Matthews Band after they failed to apologize for dumping raw sewage on them.
Steve Hayward and his wife were on board a tour boat in Chicago, when the band emptied a sewage tank into the river last year.
They are asking for punitive damages of more than one million dollars.
