SALT LAKE CITY -- Wayne Holland has a new challenger for his seat as chairman of the Utah Democratic Party.
Robert Comstock announced Saturday he will run for the position. Comstock said he believes the party should be returned to the people and that leadership needs to take a step back.
He feels the party should help all candidates running for Democratic seats -- not just incumbents. Delegates will vote for new leaders during the Democrats State Convention in May.
