SALT LAKE CITY -- A convicted sex offender placed under arrest for exposing himself to school children is now in even more trouble.
Prosecutors say Donald Royce Williard, 29, has been identified as the man seen walking naked outside a church in Salt Lake City's Avenues district.
He is now facing an additional count of lewdness by a sex offender.
Last week multiple counts of lewdness by a sex offender involving a child were filed against Williard after he exposed himself to several children leaving schools in the 9th and 9th neighborhood of Salt Lake City.
