LAYTON -- A Layton man will serve up to five years in prison for his role in a fatal drunk driving crash.
Shane Leonelli pleaded guilty to automobile homicide negligence in connection with the April 2007 crash in Farmington that killed his friend Brock Valempre, according to the Standard-Examiner.
At the time of the crash Leonelli's blood alcohol was .24, three times the legal limit.
