MORGAN, Utah (AP) -- A northern Utah county is limiting the number of cats a household can keep to a pair.
Morgan County says homeowners who want to keep or add more than two cats will need to obtain a kennel permit.
Zoning officer Charlie Ewert, however, told a newspaper that approval is unlikely to be given for residents who live on less than a full acre of land.
The Standard-Examiner of Ogden reported Thursday on the recent change adopted by the Morgan County Council.
