(KSL News ) -- An update now on the tragic story of a 12-year old boy accidentally shot and killed by his 14-year old friend.
The district attorney's office has decided not to file charges against the owner of the gun.
The two boys were cleaning out a neighbor's garage when the 14-year old found the gun, picked it up and it went off.
Still no determination whether any charges will be filed against the teen.
