Authorities recovered about 100-thousdand dollars worth of stolen items, and say the thieves have been targeting vehicles since August.
Car theft is now three to five times higher than normal.
Det. Brian Todd, Midvale Police Dept.: "In the apartment where we arrested the suspects, we located several items of methamphetamine paraphernalia -- used pipes, empty baggies with crystal residue in them. So they'd been supporting a drug habit."
