(KSL News) -- An out of control dump truck caused a three car pile up west of Salt Lake valley this afternoon.
One belly dump truck was preparing to turn east at 31st South and 84th West and for some unknown reason couldn't stop.
The truck crashed into anotherdump truck, which in turn hit a pick-up truck.
The driver of the pick-up truck is in stable condition. The drivers of the dump trucks were not hurt.
