BOSTON -- The group World Against Toys Causing Harm, or WATCH, has released its "10 Worst Toys of 2009" list.
On the list: the X-men Origins Slashin' Action Wolverine--the claws on the left hand do not retract and could poke an eye.
But the list's No. 1 spot goes to the Wall-E Foam Rocket Launcher, made by Disney. WATCH points to inconsistent age recommendations on the packaging, and the potential for injury from the foam rocket.
