SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The Utah Air National Guard is breaking ground on a new building for its fire operations and a unit that deals with explosives.
Work is scheduled to begin Tuesday on the 37,000-square-foot building in Salt Lake City.
The $7.2 million project is scheduled to be completed in May 2011.
The building will also house a fitness center and an area for processing personnel and equipment that are mobilized for national guard operations.
