SALT LAKE CITY -- Murray Mayor Dan Snarr got his regular flu shot Friday. He was joined by other elected officials from around the county.
Salt Lake County Mayor Peter Corroon says he got his shot to send a message.
"We hear a lot about the swine flu, but we have to remember we have our normal flu this season; and we want to make sure everyone is protected," Corroon said.
To help in that effort, two public vaccination clinics will be set up Saturday: One at the Salt Lake County Government Center, and the other at the Southeast Health Clinic.
The cost is $20. Addresses and hours for the two clinics are listed below:
