SALT LAKE CITY -- A judge recalled the bench warrant for a man accused of sexually abusing women during massages.
Robert Battle had a court appearance Thursday morning on new felony charges of forcible sexual abuse, but he did not show up.
A judge issued the warrant, which was recalled when Battle showed up to court later. Prosecutors say there was a misunderstanding.
Battle is also accused of misdemeanor counts of practicing massage without a license and sexual battery. He has another court hearing Oct 1.
